Before creating some mock-up case designs, I thought it would be important to look up the basic theory behind typography and fonts, I found these two videos on YouTube.
From these videos I have learnt of serif and sans – serif fonts, kerning arrangement amongst other things, which will help me choose suitable fonts for my designs.
I have also downloaded over 150 fonts that are free for personal use from dafont and installed Nexus Font a free font manager for windows.
