The green rectangle on the back of the limited edition exclusives box was created with the Rectangle Tool, I then added a gradient the gradient faded from green to black then back to green vertically, the gradient is smaller at the bottom than it is at the top, I then changed the layer to the ”Vivid LIght” layer type which allowed the texture of the scratched metal show through, the opacity is still set to 100%.
The red and white striped banner and crop circle border were both made in a similar way, both are made with masks, the first is just a basic rectangle which I then used the align tool to center the image on top of the rectangle, the banner image was a custom mask made by using the Rectangle Tool and the Path selection tool, I then used the Brush tool to alter the mask as I wanted to change the edges to make it looked torn.
once the masks were create I made a basic striped pattern in Illustrator, I adjusted the size as necessary then imported the pattern for each mask.
Finally I applied a Bevel & Emboss effect and a Drop Shadow effect.
The banner text is the standard impact set at an angle.
The Barcode Placeholder was created in much the same way.
